Your p...Excellent overview of our energy situation. Your prediction of a future with "more of the same" - CO2, global warming, pollution, etc. is pretty depressing. But probably spot on. But then again, I never thought organic food (now the fastest growing, most profitable food segment) and residential waste recycling programs (now everywhere) would catch on either. Just like very localized weather conditions have a dramatic effect on grape growing for wines, I wonder if best environmental energy practices can have local - not worldwide effects on quality of air, water, temperature, financials. It's only if people experience tangible benefits for themselves that they will adopt different approaches.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
